Pavittra Aroon is an education strategist, AI and EdTech advisor, Teacher and educational leadership trainer and gifted education specialist with over 15 years of experience working across international K–12 educational systems. A graduate of the London School of Economics and a mother of two, she works at the intersection of policy, schools, families, and technology to help children—especially highly able and gifted learners and children with special educational needs—thrive in a rapidly changing world.
At the heart of Pavittra’s work is a triage-based approach. She operates across three interconnected levels:
Systems (governments, councils, and school trusts), Schools (leadership and teachers), and Families (parents and children). This allows her to identify gaps, remove barriers, and design practical pathways that support both individual learners and the institutions around them.
She provides strategic consulting to school councils, academy trusts, and education organisations, helping leadership teams plan for digital transformation, AI adoption, and long-term school improvement. She supports schools in choosing, piloting, and implementing the right AI and EdTech products, ensuring that technology investments lead to real classroom impact rather than wasted budgets or teacher overload.
Pavittra also leads teacher and leadership training in the effective and ethical integration of AI and educational technology—supporting assessment, inclusion, workload reduction, and student engagement.
Alongside her systems work, Pavittra is deeply invested in gifted and highly able learners. For over six years she has worked directly with families across Scotland and the UK, counselling parents, helping them understand their child’s abilities, and navigating school systems to secure appropriate support, challenge, and wellbeing. She helps families identify enrichment, acceleration, and specialist pathways so that gifted children are neither overlooked nor misunderstood.
Pavittra also works directly with young people through future-focused career counselling, helping students explore meaningful pathways into emerging fields such as AI, technology, research, entrepreneurship, and creative industries—aligned with their strengths, values, and long-term potential.
In parallel, Pavittra advises EdTech companies on product design, school pilots, and product–market fit, ensuring new technologies are built around real classroom and leadership needs.
Through her consultancy, community building, and policy-informed practice, Pavittra is committed to strengthening public education in the UK—particularly for underrepresented and high-potential learners—so that no child’s ability or future is limited by the system around them.
